Rescheduling your cleaning can result in the cost of your service being lower, higher, or equal to the cost of your last cleaning. Time is taken into account for the holidays if the house is not occupied. This agreement constitutes a service level agreement (”SLA” or ”agreement”) between the company name and the customer for the provision of IT services necessary to support and maintain the product or service. Independent concierges can use a cleaning contract to create new guests and, in particular, perform only the services defined in the agreement. Assumptions relating to in-scope services and/or components include: the objective of this agreement is to reach a mutual agreement on the provision of IT services between the service provider(s) and the customer(s). CLEANING FEE INCREASES: Lane Cleaning Company, LLC reserves the right to re-evaluate prices at any time based on the time it takes to provide our service to meet customer standards. We monitor the actual cleaning period for the first two months and sometimes after. We will contact you to discuss possible price or service changes if the cleaning time is drastically disconnected from the initial offer. We reserve the right to adjust the quote after the completion of the contract.
Some times of the day may also be better suited than others. In some cases, such as cleaning a house on the day of sale, the cleaning work may be subject to strict time constraints. These are all good reasons why the terms of your agreement should be written. RECRUITMENT OF EMPLOYEES OF Lane Cleaning Company, LLC – All of our employees have signed a non-compete agreement with Lane Cleaning Company, LLC. They are prohibited, during their contract with Lane Cleaning Company, LLC or for 2 years after termination of the contract, from soliciting a customer on its behalf or on behalf of a third party, without the written permission of Lane Cleaning Company, LLC and a possible intermediation fee of USD 2,500.00. You agree not to engage any former or current employees of Lane Cleaning Company, LLC, for a period of at least 2 years from the date the employee last worked for Lane Cleaning Company, LLC. A lot of time and resources are spent on hiring and training our staff. In the event that you believe that despite this agreement, you must hire an employee of Lane Cleaning Company, LLC, an intermediation fee of $2,500.00 is due immediately after the former/current employee is hired, whether the employment is regular or contract. CLUTTER: Cleaning will be much more satisfying if the team doesn`t have a lot of mess they have to deal with.
